All dogs love freedom, but there are times when dog owners need to limit their dog's mobility. Sometimes that means fences in the backyard, kennels, or the crate.
While some dogs love crates because they replicate dens, many dogs don't care for them at all. They are constricting and can put a serious crimp in a dog's style. But one Siberian Husky from New Hampshire has a particularly clear way of making his opinion known.
John Ventresco owns Blaze, a talking 11-month old dog, who has no problem letting his owner know that under no uncertain circumstances does he intend to go into his crate, no matter how many times Ventresco asks.
"Come on. It's time to go," says Ventresco as he tries to move Blaze who has gone all dead weight on the floor.
But the only response that Blaze clearly gives is, "No!" The refusals start out as quiet, reluctant sounds, but the more Ventresco asks his dog to get into the crate, the more vocal Blaze is about staying put.
"Kennel time, please," Ventresco pleads. The only response is "Nooooo!" as Blaze howls in protest.
The video of the funny and stubborn Husky has gone viral, and you can follow Blaze's Facebook page to keep up to date on his news.
We can certainly understand from Blaze's outdoor adventures why he's not too keen to be shut up in a crate!
