This friendly pup just wants to play!
We wonder if this silly dog wanted to play and his owner was too busy playing on his phone. If that's true, this is a great solution! Look how much he wants to play now!
Whether or not that really happened, this dog clearly doesn't know how much that phone costs. He just wants to play with his best bud. And though he appears to be a golden retriever, he seems pretty set on not completing the "returning" part of retrieving!
According to Dog Time, golden retrievers are awesome at not only retrieving but also as therapy dogs and at competitive obedience (except this silly guy, of course).
The Animal Forum explains that golden retrievers originally hailed from Scotland, where they were bred by gamekeepers on the estate of Lord Tweedmouth. They were crossed with a few different breeds, including Tweed water spaniels and small Newfoundland crosses.
